How to buy and sell

Register and log in: All users wishing to sell or buy must register on the platform, create their own account and profile by entering their details, password, and contact information. You will also be asked to create a Stripe account for managing payments

You can also enter your account information after the initial registration process and use it to create your store, which will be visible and manageable from your Seller Dashboard in your profile. Only those with an active Stripe account will be able to post ads and make sales.

All data will be confidential and processed only for the purposes of the site.

Go to the Start Selling page and start filling out your listing:

• Please include at least 3 clear photos of the product and, if applicable, also of the original packaging and an image of the batch number or barcode.
• Enter Brand, Item Name, Size
• Please provide a detailed and truthful description of the item, specifying whether it is new and unopened or used. If the fragrance has been opened and used, please specify how much and attach a picture showing the level of the perfume for sale.
• Enter the price at which you want to sell the perfume and, if necessary, click on the use of one or both of the Pro services
• Click on Upload

Your listing will be reviewed by the Sceido team to ensure it is consistent with the information you provide and in line with the Terms of Sale. You will know within 24 hours if your ad is published on the site.

Once your product has sold, package your perfume, print the prepaid shipping label that will be emailed to you, and go to the drop-off point within 5 days. If you don’t ship the package within 5 days of confirming your purchase, the order will be considered canceled, the product will be back on sale, and the purchase price will be refunded to the buyer.

Once the buyer receives the package and there are no support requests or complaints, you’ll receive payment. The payment received will be equal to the price set in the listing minus Sceido’s brokerage fee.

To receive payment, you must enter your bank details into the associated payment system Stripe, which will allow you to receive your funds upon completion of your order. All data will be confidential and processed only for the purposes of the site.

All your listings, transactions, and other information is always available in your Personal Seller Dashboard in your account.

Browse the catalog of all listings and products. You can use the various filters or browse individual categories. You can check the reviews left about the seller. Find out what other users are saying about their purchases from that user.

Once you have chosen your perfume and want to purchase it, click on Buy. Your order may include just one perfume or several perfumes from the same seller.

You can also purchase as a guest; you don’t need to register on the platform. By signing up to Sceido, you can access your own dashboard where you can track all your orders.

If you’re already logged in with your account, choose your payment method. Sceido offers a variety of payment methods: credit and debit cards, Google Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

At checkout, enter your address and phone number (if required). Double-check that the information is correct. Select your preferred payment method. Choose a delivery option. Click Pay to confirm your order.

Upon confirmation of payment, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking information. This way, you can see when the seller ships your package and track its progress. You’ll receive your order within a few days.
