Sceido’s goal is to be a user-friendly transitions platform for both those who want to sell and those who want to buy.
– ACCOUNT REGISTRATION: All users wishing to sell or buy must register on the platform, create their own account and profile by entering their personal details, password, address and email contact information.
– PLACING SALES ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any user can place one or more sales listings. In the dedicated listing section, users must add clear photos of the item (at least three) and, if applicable, the original packaging. Provide a detailed and truthful description of the item, specifying whether it is new and unopened. Listings must comply with the terms of sale and undergo a review process by Sceido before publication.

– WHAT CAN BE SOLD ON SCEIDO: Only new and used perfumes can be sold on Sceido between individuals. However, there must be certain requirements. Conditions of sale:
- That the description and information provided by the client is consistent and correct.
- The packaging for products claimed to be new is intact, unopened and undamaged.
- For used products, the consumption limit must be 80% maximum for normal or trendy or niche or mini format products.

– LISTING VERIFICATION AND CONTROL PROCEDURE: Sceido conducts a pre-publication assessment of the listing, verifying that the posted listing contains accurate and truthful images and information, and that it complies with the terms of sale. Within 24 hours of the listing being posted, Sceido sends a notification via email and through the user’s profile on the website, confirming the publication or deletion of the listing.

– PRODUCT CATEGORIZATION PROCEDURE: Products placed on the site will be categorized by Sceido into different categories, based on the characteristics entered and verified. The categories are: new, trend, niche, vintage, mini format.
– PURCHASE: Users can browse the catalog or feed to see all the products for sale. Once they find the item they’re interested in, they can purchase it directly and proceed to payment.

– PAYMENT AND WITHDRAWAL OF ANCILLARY SERVICES: You can choose from various payment methods: valid credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For each transaction, the buyer pays a Total Price, consisting of:
– the price of the Item agreed upon with the seller;
– Shipping costs;
– the intermediation service and Sceido Purchase Protection;
– fees for optional services (if applicable);
– any applicable taxes.
Sellers who request additional services must also pay for them using the payment methods listed.

-SHIPPING: Sellers can choose from the shipping service options set up by Sceido and receive a shipping label by email.
Sellers have 5 business days to ship the item. Delivery typically takes up to 5-7 business days for shipments to Europe. In most cases, you can track your package in your order tracking.
– COMMUNITY SERVICES: one of the goals of SCEIDO is to create and stimulate an active and participatory community about the industry. Therefore, users can put rating reactions to ads, give feedback to transactions made and to sellers.
