Sceido charges small order management and brokerage fees to both buyers and sellers.
For those who buy
BuyerFor each transaction made using the “Buy” button, a Sceido purchasing intermediation fee is applied, calculated as follows:
Orders under €100.00
3% + €1.00
of the item price (VAT included) + fixed amount
→ A fixed amount of €1.00 per transaction and 3% of the item price (including the value added tax, or VAT, applied to the item price)
Orders of €100.00 and up
3%
of the item price (VAT included)
→ 3% of the item price (including the value added tax, or VAT, applied to the item price)
The brokerage fee is automatically added to the item price in your cart before checkout, along with shipping costs.
For those who sell
SellerFor sellers, placing an ad is free.
Commission on every sale
5%
of the price set by the seller
Once the product is sold, Sceido deducts a 5% percentage of the item price from the cost set by the seller for order management and intermediation.
The final amount — minus the brokerage fee — is paid to the seller at the end of the order process.
Posting ads is always free. Commissions apply only if a sale is made.
