Who can use Sceido
Anyone can browse our site for free. To use Sceido and our services, you must register as a User and meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Create a personal account for private use only and not for professional purposes
- Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
SELL
SELL YOUR PERFUME IN JUST A FEW STEPS:
- Register and log in: all users who wish to sell or buy must register on the platform, create their own account and profile by entering their data, passwords, contacts. All data will be confidential and processed only according to the purposes of the site.
- Go to START SELLING and start filling out the form of the announcement:
– Insert at least 3 sharp photos of the item and, if present, also of the original packaging.
– Insert Brand, item name, size
– Write a detailed and truthful description of the item as well as specify whether it is a new and never opened item. or used. In case the fragrance has already been opened and used specify by how much and attach a picture showing the level of the fragrance for sale.
– Enter the price at which you want to sell the perfume and if so, click on using one or both of the Pro services.
– Click on Upload. - Your ad will be checked by the Sceido team for truthfulness and consistency in line with the Terms of Sale. Within 24 hours you will know if your ad is posted on the site.
- When your product has been sold pack your perfume, print the prepaid shipping label and go to the point of delivery within 5 days. If you do not ship the package within 5 days of confirming your purchase, the order will be considered cancelled, the product will still go back on sale, and the sale amount will be returned to the buyer.
- Once the package has been received by the buyer and there have been no service requests or complaints receive payment. The payment received will be equal to the price set in the listing minus the brokerage fee charged by Sceido.

BUY SECURELY AND IN JUST A FEW STEPS
- Browse the catalog of all ads and products. You can help yourself with the different filters or browse the individual categories.
You can take a look at the reviews left about the selling user. Find out what other users are saying about their purchases with that user. - Once you have chosen your perfume and want to purchase it, click on Buy
- Payment: there are many different payment methods on Sceido: credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay.
Upon payment, enter your address and phone number (if required).
Double-check that the information is correct.
Select the payment method you prefer.
Choose a delivery option or pickup location.
Press Pay to confirm your order. - Upon confirmation of payment you will receive an email with order confirmation and shipment tracking. This way you can see when the seller ships the package and track the shipment. You will receive your order in a few days.
- Once you receive your order you will have 3 days to check the product you purchased and confirm your purchase or make a claim and request a return. After 3 days without any complaint contact the transaction automatically results in the transaction being completed.
How does shipping and delivery work?
Those who sell can select different shipping options in the settings in their profile. The shipping methods you choose depend on where you are located.
At the time of purchase and payment, the buyer chooses the shipping method that suits him or her best from those available.
Shipping charges are added to the price of the item and the buyer can see them in the total amount of the order at the time of payment. The cost of shipping depends on the size of the package and where the buyer and the selling user are located.
When you sell an item, you will receive a prepaid shipping label generated by Sceido via e-mail, along with instructions on how to send the order (e.g., whether or not to print the label, where to leave the package, etc.).
You have 5 business days to ship an item. If you do not meet this deadline, we will have to cancel the order.
Once the order has arrived the buyer will have 3 days to possibly make a complaint and ask for a refund.
After 3 days without any complaint the transaction automatically results in a completed transaction.
Security in payments and refunds
When you buy on Sceido for every transaction you make using the “Buy” button, a Sceido Brokerage and Purchase Protection fee is charged. This fee is extra protection for your purchases and data, so you can shop with peace of mind. See
When you pay through Sceido, your order is protected. If the item does not arrive, was damaged in transit, or is very different from the description, and you report to us within 3 days of delivery, you are entitled to a refund.
