Sceido uses Stripe to handle all payments on the platform.
Stripe is one of the world’s most popular and trusted online payment systems – the same one used by Amazon, Deliveroo, Booking.com and thousands of other platforms.
It handles billions of transactions each year and is certified to the highest international security standards (PCI DSS Level 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

\n Stripe Express is Stripe’s solution designed for sellers on marketplace platforms: it allows Sceido to coordinate payments between buyers and sellers automatically and securely, without Sceido ever having direct access to your bank account.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n \n

Why Sceido
uses Stripe<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n

\n Sceido uses Stripe Express, the solution designed for sellers on marketplace platforms. On Sceido, Stripe provides a platform to manage the receipt of payments, the secure maintenance of amounts, and the transfer of funds to sellers. \n <\/p>\n

\n When a buyer places an order and pays, the money does not go through Sceido, but is handled directly by Stripe, which holds it securely until the transaction is confirmed and then transfers it to the seller.\n <\/p>\n

Payment is secured and traceable. Funds are released to the seller only after delivery is confirmed. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Why you must
link your
Stripe account<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n \n

\n In order to sell on Sceido and receive payments, you must link a Stripe Express account to your seller profile.\n <\/p>\n

\n You can set up your Stripe account either during enrollment or later directly from your Vendor Dashboard on the Settings > Payment page.\n <\/p>\n\n \n

\n Please note: If you do not activate your Stripe account your ads will not be published and you cannot make sales on Sceido.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n \n
